WHAT ARE WE DOING HERE?
Who am I and how can I help you?
Life is really a series of transitions and some of those can be quite challenging. Launching from high school to college, adjusting to life on your own, dating, new relationships, job stress, marriage, parenting, divorce, loss... each of these moments in life can bring about uncertainties, anxiety, emotional upheavals. Add into the mix any past trauma or mental health struggles and it is certainly understandable that you may need some support.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, insight oriented and results driven. I help my patients develop and strengthen their ability to manage anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges so that they can live a more meaningful, mindful, and enjoyable life.
I encourage my patients to work hard to grow and change, achieving the life they desire. I seek to develop a caring and supportive relationship with all my patients.
You are a unique human being. There is no "one size fits all" therapy. Lets talk and see if I am the right fit to help you reach the goals you want for yourself.
